The implant surgery is two surgical phases procedure:

The gum tissues are sutured in their original position, so that the implants remain totally under the gum. If we dont use the immediate loading technique, healing period follows.
During these months, the integration of the implants with the patient’s bone takes place, called osteointegration
Reopening: Our dentist expose the head of the implants to join the prosthetic devices to the artificial root. On that we cement or screw the porcelain crowns.
