Dental Clinics in Cyprus – Dentists & Dental Care by City

Dental clinics in Cyprus vary by location, clinical focus and the type of treatment they provide. This guide brings together the six Cyprus destinations currently covered by NewHolidays and makes an important distinction between named dental practices and general city-level dental searches.

In Kyrenia, Paphos, Larnaca and Famagusta, our pages feature specific dental practices and their clinical teams. Ayia Napa and Limassol currently work differently: patients can describe the care they need so that an appropriate local dental option can be considered.

This means you can start with a location without assuming that every city page represents the same type of clinic or treatment.

Dental Clinics and Dental Care Across Cyprus

Choose a city below to see the relevant clinic profile or local dental guide. Each page has its own purpose, rather than repeating the same list of treatments for every destination.

Named clinic or city guide? Kyrenia, Paphos, Larnaca and Famagusta link to specific dental practices. Ayia Napa and Limassol currently provide local search guidance rather than claiming to represent an unnamed clinic.

Cyprus and North Cyprus: Understanding the Locations

The pages above cover different parts of the island. Paphos, Larnaca, Limassol and Ayia Napa are in the Republic of Cyprus. Kyrenia and Famagusta appear in our North Cyprus selection.

Place names can also appear in different forms. Kyrenia is widely known locally as Girne. Famagusta may appear as Gazimağusa or Mağusa. Limassol is also called Lemesos, while official sources often use Agia Napa for Ayia Napa.

Knowing these alternatives is useful when checking maps, accommodation or transport before a dental visit.

Which Cyprus Dental Location Fits Your Search?

  • Kyrenia: useful if you want to research Cyprus Dental Hospital and Dt. Rasime Basat Keleş.
  • Paphos: our current page has a strong implant focus and profiles F&N Pitros Dental Center.
  • Larnaca: the page profiles Take a Smile and the professional background of Dr. Savvas Antoniou.
  • Famagusta: useful for a named practice with endodontic, orthodontic, implant and general dental services.
  • Ayia Napa: designed for people who need local dental care but have not yet chosen a specific practice.
  • Limassol: useful when both the required treatment and the patient’s location within the larger city matter.

Planning Dental Treatment in Cyprus

A short dental appointment and a complex treatment plan require very different preparation. Cleaning, examination or a simple filling may fit easily into a short stay. Implant treatment or extensive restorative work may require several stages.

If you are travelling for dental care, useful information to prepare can include:

  • the main problem or treatment you want assessed;
  • how many teeth are involved;
  • details of existing crowns, bridges, implants or dentures;
  • a recent panoramic X-ray or CBCT scan when available;
  • the Cyprus location you prefer;
  • your arrival and departure dates.

A dentist should confirm the final diagnosis and treatment plan after an appropriate assessment. Online descriptions and guide prices can help with research, but they should not replace clinical evaluation.

How This Cyprus Dental Guide Is Organised

We use named clinic profiles when we can identify the actual dental practice, its location and relevant clinical team. Those pages can provide more specific information about dentists, professional backgrounds and the treatments offered by that practice.

Where a city page does not currently represent a particular clinic, we identify it as a local dental guide instead. This avoids presenting generic city content as though it belonged to a real dental practice.

The purpose of this hub is therefore not to label every option as the “best dentist in Cyprus”. It is to help patients understand the difference between the locations and decide which detailed page is relevant to their situation.
