In some cases, lesions may occur at the root end of the tooth, without causing any pain, and may be incidentally visible on the X-ray. Root canal treatment is necessary for the treatment of the lesion at the root tip, even if the patient does not feel pain. Finally, in advanced gingival diseases, sensitivities occur as the roots are exposed. Root canal treatment is required to eliminate these sensitivities, the same applies to worn teeth.

This method, under the control of a physician in a clinical setting, takes an average of 45 minutes, depending on the condition of the teeth and the sensitivity of the patient. Before the procedure, dental calculus should be cleaned and the inside of the mouth should be cleaned. It is made by using a whitening gel applied to clean tooth surfaces and a strong light source that activates this gel. During the procedure, a gingival barrier is used to protect the patient’s gums, and special glasses are used for the whitening process to protect their eyes from strong light sources. If the whitening indication is set correctly and a good whitening system is used, the rate of achieving the desired result is very high.
It is normal to have tenderness during the treatment and for the following 2 days. After the treatment, we applie the cream to the teeth to minimize this sensitivity.
